2. Summary
- No registration, no user accounts.
- No cookies, no tracking, no analytics or advertising services.
- No external fonts, scripts or CDNs – all files are served from our own server.
- The 3D model is rendered entirely locally in your browser.
3. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by: [HOSTING_PROVIDER], [HOSTING_PROVIDER_ADDRESS].
When you visit the website, the server automatically processes information transmitted by your browser: IP address, date and time of access, requested page or file, referrer URL, browser type and version, operating system, amount of data transferred and status code. This data is technically necessary to deliver the website and to ensure its security and stability.
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and error-free operation). Log files are deleted after [LOG_RETENTION] unless they are needed to investigate a security incident. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the hosting provider.
4. Local storage in your browser
When you choose a language in the language menu, your choice is stored under the key hh-lang in your browser’s local storage. This information remains exclusively on your device and is not transmitted to us. Storage is strictly necessary for the service you have explicitly requested (Section 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG). You can delete it at any time in your browser settings.
5. 3D view and AR feature
The 3D model is displayed directly in your browser using WebGL; no data is transmitted to us or third parties. When you use the AR feature on an iPhone or iPad, a 3D file (USDZ) is loaded from our server and displayed by “AR Quick Look”, which is built into iOS. The camera image is processed by the operating system on your device and is not transmitted to us. Apple’s privacy policy applies to processing by the operating system.
6. Links to external websites
In the News section and elsewhere we link to third-party websites. Data (e.g. your IP address) is only transmitted to the respective provider when you click such a link. The respective provider alone is responsible for its data processing.
7. Contact by email
If you contact us by email, we process your details (e.g. name, email address, content of your message) to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to a contract, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer needed and no statutory retention obligations apply.
8. Your rights
You have the right at any time to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). Please use the contact details above.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The competent authority is: [SUPERVISORY_AUTHORITY].
9. Encryption
For security reasons, this website uses TLS encryption (HTTPS). You can recognise an encrypted connection by the padlock icon in your browser’s address bar.
10. Changes
We update this privacy policy when the website or the legal situation changes. The current version applies.
